Fitness Through Rugby – Men and Womens Sessions

Womens Training

Jamie Balls training sessions for women’s fitness has had great initial success with some ten women in attendance. These are fun sessions designed for fitness with a Rugby touch. Sessions are held at the club ground every Saturday starting at 10.30am

Mens Training

Jamie is also setting up rugby fitness sessions for men over 35. These sessions will run from 7-8pm every Thursday at the club ground, so dig out your boots and come along for what will be fun non-contact sessions designed to improve your health
